Key Requirements

  • 10-15 years experience as a multi-family project superintendent
  • $50M+ in multi-family experience
  • 15 years of supervisory experience for a heavy highway contractor
  • Demonstrated success managing $100 Million single construction projects/phases
  • Ability to work in high production environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated decision making skills
  • Working understanding of equipment
  • Ability to respond quickly under pressure
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements
  • Proficient in basic computer functions
  • Mastery of site activity management
