Partner with the North America Senior Rewards & Benefits Manager to support the design and development and execution of a globally aligned reward strategy for the rapidly growing North America region.
Lead delivery of the annual compensation review process, including analytics, modeling, and stakeholder support.
Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes and governance, and efficient, people centered‑ reward practices.
