The Staff Design Engineer will support the Spine Surgeon Request Team in the design and development of specialty products to meet the needs of spine surgeons throughout the US.
You will be responsible for leading and contributing to the design, development, and lifecycle management of innovative medical devices, including generating CAD models and engineering drawings.
Engage surgeons and customers to identify needs, gather feedback, and inform product solutions, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company standards.
