The Independent Living Rehabilitation Counselor serves individuals who are visually impaired, blind or deaf-blind to maintain independence in the home and/or community.
Job duties include conducting outreach, comprehensive assessments, developing service plans, providing guidance and counseling, making referrals, and providing instruction on daily living skills.
