Job Summary

  • The Client Service team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world, helping them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions.
  • This person will manage client requests after New York and Boston offices have signed off, providing a critical element of our ‘around the clock service’.
  • You will also be eligible for benefits including 15 PTO Days, 10 legal holidays, sick days, comprehensive Medical, dental, and vision plans, and 401(k) matching up to 10%.
