Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for supporting Benefit systems for US population (Health and Welfare, Savings Plan, Pension, and HSA).
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and work with your supervisor to execute plan.
  • Partner with regional and RTX Corporate HRIS teams to ensure the Global HRIS teams communicate and collaborate successfully on all aspects of system support.

Key Requirements

  • 1+ years HR systems & Benefit Process experience
  • Strong knowledge in SQL statement
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC
  • BA/BSC Required
