Job Summary
You will gain hands-on experience producing a zinc oxide product in GFL's Hamilton manufacturing plant.
You are responsible for managing shift workers, safety oversight & disciplinary action; housekeeping; operational control policies; productivity, quality of work & utilization audits; environmental compliance monitoring; adhering to Collective Agreement terms.
This position is primarily performed inside an industrial processing building and control room. May be exposed to environmental conditions such as: hot, cold, dirt, dust, wet or noise.
