Job Summary

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by understanding, anticipating, and satisfying customer and partner needs to inspire innovation, accelerate success, and grow revenue.
  • Identify and develop board design guidelines and collateral, collaborating with architects and engineers on board/development kit rollout plans.
  • Provide best-in-class technical support to resolve board design related issues escalated to Factory and represent the customer voice internally to improve quality and usability.
