  • Provide leadership for the field subcontracted services spend category across China and HMT, including new equipment elevator and escalator installation, modernization, service and repair, as well as other job site outsourced services.
  • Develop and implement field subcontractor relationship management process to drive a competitive advantage through partnerships, collaboration, and ongoing development and training.
  • Lead the structured performance evaluation of all subcontractors, ensuring regular and continuous assessment cycles covering safety performance, installation/service efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, compliance and commercial behaviour.
