Must-have
6+ years power generation construction experience
Manage EPC contractors on large projects
Ensure safety protocols and environmental compliance
Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost estimates
Approve monthly invoices and manage change orders
Nice-to-have
Experience with solar and energy storage technologies
Strong collaboration with operations teams
Ability to justify percent complete to stakeholders
Effective communication with executive management
Knowledge of ANSI, ACI, NEC standards
Key Requirements
6+ years in power generation or energy industry
Prior Construction Management experience in large power plants
