Job Summary

  • Provide dedicated, priority IT support to executives and VIP users onsite, delivering personalized, white glove service with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Manage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and mobile device issues with urgency and minimal disruption, while proactively monitoring and maintaining executive technology environments to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Coordinate and support executive meetings, presentations, and events, including AV setup and troubleshooting, and handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
