The People Business Advisor will serve as a key link between employees and the People team, providing objective advice and collaborative problem solving to address people issues with efficiency, empathy, and accountability.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or 3 – 10 years HR Generalist experience
HR Professional certification (PHR/SPHR/CPHR) considered an asset
