Key Requirements

  • Professional background in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related fields or equivalent industry experience at senior project director level
  • Extensive development and construction delivery experience in large, complex residential redevelopment, estate renewal, or major mixed‑use precinct programs
  • Deep technical expertise in development management, project management, program oversight, feasibility assessment, design management, and navigating planning processes for complex sites
  • Strong leadership capability, having led teams of project managers, delivery managers, and consultants responsible for large portfolios of work
  • Proven ability to manage risk, competing priorities and high‑stakes decisions
