Job Summary

  • This role is a key enabler of Diageo India’s multi-year finance transformation agenda, leading and supporting a portfolio of transformation initiatives across RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A, Controls, and Data & Reporting.
  • Act as the senior relationship holder for the Shared Services team supporting India across all finance towers, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and ensuring new transitions into GBO are seamless and well-governed.
  • This role is instrumental in building a future-ready finance function for Diageo India, directly influencing efficiency, control maturity, service performance, and the digital evolution of finance.

Key Requirements

  • CA / MBA Finance preferred
  • 10–15 years of experience in finance
  • 3+ years in transformation, shared services governance, or process excellence
  • Strong understanding of RTR, PTP, OTC, MDM, and financial controls
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation or ERP/system change programs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
