Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Technology, Computer Science, Physics or equivalent
8+ years of experience in tooling and project management
Strong understanding of GMS, stamping manufacturing processes
Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
