  • Valid unrestricted state medical license

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Active/Unrestricted DEA license
  • Active/Unrestricted Medicare and Medicaid numbers preferred
