Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for entering, clearing, canceling, and modifying GCIC/NCIC wanted person records as well as records related to vehicles, firearms, boats, articles, and missing or unidentified persons within the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) system.
  • Duties also include verifying active warrants; conducting criminal history and driver history inquiries through CJIS and GCIC databases; and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of GCIC operations.
  • This position requires the ability to work different shifts as necessary and may perform other duties as assigned.
