  • Directs and continuously improves store operations to meet Country and LAM Market objectives for operational excellence and drives market strategy for retail expansion.
  • Lead by example staff progression and development using Global tools and programs, actively leading and participating in Global and Market/Country talent management.

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in local language preferred
