Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and preparing them for medical tests.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Key Requirements
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
