HR operational and advisory experience
Knowledge of Czech and Slovak labor laws
HR technology proficiency including Workday
Project management in HR
Employee relations and dispute resolution
Compensation management using benchmarks
MS Office including MS Teams and Copilot

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, law, or business
Minimum 4+ years HR operational and advisory experience
Proven project management skills
Knowledge of Czech and Slovak labor regulations
Experience with HR technology, preferably Workday
Fluent Czech, Slovak, and English
Experience in global or matrix organizations preferred
