  • The individual will support company secretarial delivery for entities across multiple jurisdictions, advising senior internal stakeholders on company secretarial matters and internal governance procedures.
  • Responsibilities include organizing and conducting Board Meetings, advising on Board papers, maintaining Action Items Lists, and acting as a corporate governance compliance officer.
  • The role requires managing junior team members, reviewing subsidiary governance processes, and advising Directors and team members on corporate governance regulations and policies.
