Job Summary
The individual will support company secretarial delivery for entities across multiple jurisdictions, advising senior internal stakeholders on company secretarial matters and internal governance procedures.
Responsibilities include organizing and conducting Board Meetings, advising on Board papers, maintaining Action Items Lists, and acting as a corporate governance compliance officer.
The role requires managing junior team members, reviewing subsidiary governance processes, and advising Directors and team members on corporate governance regulations and policies.

Key Requirements
