You will lead high-impact Employee Relations cases, including senior-level grievances, investigations, and whistleblowing matters with precedent-setting implications.
Partner with colleagues across the People Function, Legal, and the business to design, review, and embed Employee Relations frameworks, policies, and ways of working.
