Job Summary

  • This role provides enterprise-level leadership for Employee Relations across the Group, shaping policies and frameworks for fair, consistent, and sustainable outcomes.
  • You will lead high-impact Employee Relations cases, including senior-level grievances, investigations, and whistleblowing matters with precedent-setting implications.
  • Partner with colleagues across the People Function, Legal, and the business to design, review, and embed Employee Relations frameworks, policies, and ways of working.
