Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences or Bioengineering
  • 3+ years in biotech, medtech, pharma or diagnostic industry
  • 3+ years managing centralized services or distributed (kitted) products
  • 3+ years managing projects or actively working on core teams
  • 3+ years Heme-specific experience (preferred)
  • Experience with regulated products and regulatory guidelines
