Must-have
2 years farm labor experience
Valid CA driver license
Private Applicator Certificate or ability to obtain
Irrigation systems knowledge
Spray and pruning knowledge
Equipment operation safety and maintenance
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English and Spanish
Tree crop experience
Self-starter ability to work independently
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Key Requirements
