This role owns the strategic output and full lifecycle of Workplace and Industrial partnerships across Mexico.
The successful candidate will hire, train, and manage a team of Field Operations Specialists to ensure technical support and site targets are met.
You will act as the primary link between Mexico field operations and HQ Engineering teams to improve hardware reliability through data-driven insights.

Must-have
5+ years operations or business development experience
Lead team of Field Operations Specialists
Manage industrial partner relationships and SLAs
Ensure data volume quality and hardware uptime
Coordinate regional travel across Mexico

Established network in Mexican manufacturing sector
Comfortable analyzing data-integrity spreadsheets
Experience with complex project structuring
High emotional intelligence for partner dynamics
Fluent in English and Spanish
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Proven track record in client-facing business development roles
Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting
