Key Requirements
PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
4+ years relevant industrial experience
Experience in process development or hazard evaluation
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Strong technical skills in chemistry, chemical processing equipment, and calorimeters
Prior experience in safety testing, hazard evaluation, plant operations, process development and scale-up, and clinical material manufacturing preferred
Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
Capacity to manage multiple assignments effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
