Job Summary
The Ecosystem Lead defines ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Technical Operations in partnership with OE, site, and functional stakeholders.
The role supports ecosystem value delivery by working with teams from T4 to T1 and enables the deployment of structured problem-solving, Lean, and Six Sigma tools as appropriate.
Places a high priority on developing others through coaching, feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of “non-value added” activities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor or BS degree in Technical or Business Field
10+ years’ experience
Lean and Six Sigma proficiency preferred
