Job Summary

  • The Ecosystem Lead defines ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Technical Operations in partnership with OE, site, and functional stakeholders.
  • The role supports ecosystem value delivery by working with teams from T4 to T1 and enables the deployment of structured problem-solving, Lean, and Six Sigma tools as appropriate.
  • Places a high priority on developing others through coaching, feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of “non-value added” activities.
