  • Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, planning programs, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develops and executes creative ideas to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover, while also supporting clinical efforts and maintaining relationships with support teams and community leadership.
