Job Summary
The Patient Access Specialist plays a critical frontline role in supporting organizational excellence in patient experience, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle performance.
This position is primarily responsible for executing high-volume, detail-oriented pre-service activities to ensure all scheduled appointments are accurately prepared within the electronic health record (EHR) and aligned with payer and provider requirements.
