  • This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, and assisting with communication between employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders to ensure resident needs are met.
  • The position requires assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting quality assurance and discharge planning activities.
