This role is responsible for setting a clear roadmap for the entire digital ecosystem to accelerate sales and identify new opportunities within the e-marketplace channel.
The incumbent will build strong long-term partnerships with operators to secure analytics and customer data while collaborating with Global and Regional teams on new initiatives.
Key duties include planning e-marketplace budgets, driving member acquisition and retention strategies, and monitoring data to increase client value across the luxury customer journey.
