Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Arkansas
  • APRN License or PA certification
  • 1 year of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Collaborative work with multidisciplinary health team

Nice-to-have

  • 3 years of nursing or PA experience preferred
  • Experience in Rheumatology clinic
  • DNP degree for APRN candidates
  • Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
  • Commitment to diversity and teamwork

Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (Family Medicine) or Physician Assistant
  • Active Arkansas RN License and APRN License
  • Minimum 1 year of APRN or PA experience
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
  • Pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test
