Job Summary

  • Act as a direct line manager for a group of Development Leads and/or Senior Analyst Developers, taking responsibility for the overall performance of all reports.
  • Assist the Head of Development in setting and maintaining a technical roadmap for the solution center, ensuring constant improvement to codebase health, developer tooling and process.
  • Work within the wider solution center management team to ensure staff work-life balance is maintained at an overall healthy level, including tracking excessive overtime and high leave balances.
