Job Summary

  • The Sales Enablement Manager – Strategic Programs will play a critical role in executing the Covetrus Sales Enablement strategy by delivering consistent, measurable, and scalable enablement experiences for our customer-facing sales teams.
  • This individual will be instrumental in establishing a formal training program and advising support from L&D for training of our commercial sales teams.
  • The position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, customer services, L&D, analytics, and product teams to streamline execution, enhance knowledge transfer, and drive commercial team performance.
