Job Summary
This role is responsible for commercializing AI capabilities across Global Markets, Investment & Corporate Banking, and the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
The successful candidate will partner with bankers, traders, and research professionals to identify workflow pain points and drive adoption at scale.
The position offers a high-visibility opportunity to shape AI adoption across BMO Capital Markets with direct influence over what gets built and scaled.

Salary

Must-have
5+ years B2B sales or product ownership experience
Experience in financial services or capital markets
Proven ability to scale AI solutions in complex organizations
Nice-to-have
Experience launching enterprise software or AI-enabled products
Background in change management or large-scale rollouts
Exposure to front-office Capital Markets workflows
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in B2B sales, marketing, product management, or product ownership
Experience in financial services, capital markets, fintech, or enterprise technology
Strong executive presence and stake-management skills
