Job Summary
This position assists Campus Living Facilities with exterior maintenance, litter and trash for properties, rental home maintenance and repair, and other projects needed to keep the residential facilities owned by The Office of Campus Living at The University of Arkansas Little Rock.
The role requires performing light grounds work, inspecting exterior sprinkler systems, and coordinating grounds care for vacant rental properties.
Employees must be able to provide after-hours and weekend response for student and facility-related emergencies as needed.
