Job Summary

  • This role has a direct impact on optimizing the performance of our Medical Visit and POS teams, contributing to strategic business decisions.
  • Develop potentiality studies for POS teams, correlating opportunities with bricks visited by Medical Visit, in line with current Targeting & Segmentation (T&S) exercises.
  • Analyze and communicate HCP/POS team performance through key indicators (IE, DDD, PX – ECCO) and generate actionable insights for District Managers and POS Supervisors.
