  • Analyze carrier performance metrics
  • Root cause investigations on delivery execution issues
  • Monitor daily shipments and coordinate with third-party logistics providers
  • Track cold-chain shipments proactively
  • Generate shipment performance reports
  • Collaborate with Finance, Quality, Transportation Analysts, and external logistics partners

  • Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools
  • Perform deeper transportation analytics
  • Investigate shipment non-compliance and file incident reports
  • Support lost-shipment investigations

Key Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with data visualization and automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
