• As a Floor Leader, you will support the Store Management Team by driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.
• Your day-to-day will involve leading and inspiring a team of sales associates on the shop floor, fostering a culture of passion and positivity to create a productive and fun work environment.
• Key responsibilities include driving sales through coaching, enhancing customer experience with product demonstrations, educating customers on brand values, training team members, and maintaining operational standards for cash handling, visuals, and inventory.
