The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information, assisting with daily functions, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
