Must-have
OSHA 3 General Industry certification
OSHA 3 Construction Industry certification
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
Contractor safety program implementation
Root cause analysis for safety incidents
29 CFR 1910 and 1926 regulatory compliance
Nice-to-have
CSP or CSHT certification preferred
Experience with Enablon EHS software
Data analytics and operational excellence
Strong collaboration across multiple sites
Advanced degree or MBA preferred
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
5-7 years of EHS experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or chemical environments
Must have or ability to obtain OSHA 3 certifications
Experience implementing EHS Electronic Management Systems
