This role manages MSP provision for deskside, server, and infrastructure support across manufacturing plants and offices in Ningbo, Shanghai, and Beijing.
The position requires influencing cross-platform teams to deliver operational needs while maintaining IP compliance and ensuring budget alignment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years IT asset management experience
3 years Team Leader or IT Manager experience
On-prem and Azure cloud infrastructure knowledge
Network availability and latency monitoring
Application performance and efficiency management
Change management and emergency response
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
Nice-to-have
Cross-functional global team collaboration
Manufacturing environment experience
Petrochemical or chemical industry background
SAP system implementation experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant field
Minimum 10 years IT asset management and IT/OT PCN operations
Minimum 3 years experience in Team Leader or IT Manager roles
