  • Oversee Structure Finance - Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and fund transactions to ensure compliance with deal documents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Deal- Collateral Manager and Eternal Auditors for seamless service and accurate information delivery.
  • Responsible for processing of CLO Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Payment Deals and leading daily process development calls with the Boston team.
