Lead and mentor a world-class Technical Delivery Team, guiding Process, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering disciplines towards excellence.
Actively participate in milestone and final reviews of design deliverables, identify and rectify errors, and solicit Lessons Learned for continuous improvement.
Foster collaboration with other Engineering Managers to optimize workload resourcing, production quality, and professional development, while monitoring weekly labor utilization.

Key Requirements

Minimum 15 years in design and construction document production
Experience as Engineer of Record
BS degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited school
