8 to 12 years FP&A experience
4 years PE-backed company experience
Built rolling multi-quarter forecast from scratch
Deep fluency in SaaS metrics ARR MRR NRR
PE board package preparation experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with hybrid recurring services and software model
Familiarity with NetSuite Salesforce and Looker
Prior PE sponsor transition or M&A process experience
Experience mentoring FP&A analysts or associates
Background in digital marketing or SMB SaaS markets
Key Requirements
