The Sr. Systems Engineer will manage requirements traceability and evolution through the system development cycle, evaluate system performance thresholds, and provide input for model development and simulation analysis.
This role requires working with a variety of stages of development including requirements definition, concept design, prototyping, detailed design, validation and verification testing.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent
8-12 years of systems engineering experience
4 years of Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) experience
5 years of Cameo or Software creation experience
Experience with FMEA/FMECA/MTTR/MTTF/MTBF and spares calculations
Proficiency with Reliasoft and/or MADE software
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance
Must be able to travel within the Continental U.S. and internationally
