Salary
Base: $56,135.59 - $59,877.97 annually; Prorated salary $49,680 - $52,992 for 46 weeks; Benefits: Competitive benefits package including health plans and retirement

Coaching and mentoring educators
Developmental screenings and assessments
Supporting families with behavioral needs
Designing and delivering training sessions
Collaborating with community partners
Nice-to-have
Experience with HighScope, Pyramid Model, Conscious Discipline
Practice Based Coaching knowledge
Mentoring colleagues in early childhood programs
Proficient use of Child Plus or Teaching Strategies Gold
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Two years lead teaching experience with children aged 3-8
Experience with developmental screenings and observational assessments
Experience implementing individualized supports for diverse developmental needs
