Must-have
Hunter mentality and strong prospecting skills
Account planning and strategy skills
Fluency in German and English
Team selling mindset with account teams and partners
Ability to leverage internal resources and tools
Strong interest in Communications, Media, Retail and Consumer Goods
Nice-to-have
Sales methodology education such as MEDDICC or Challenger
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience developing business cases and strategic alliances
Affinity with Communications, Media, Retail or Consumer Goods customers
Key Requirements
Proven ability to proactively identify and win new customers
Business fluency in German and English
Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and early customer expansion
