Job Summary

• The Senior HR Tech Analyst will play a vital role in supporting HUB’s HCM business processes by leveraging their expertise in Workday and related HR technologies.
• This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Workday (specifically) and experience with other Human Resources functions (i.e. Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, Compensation etc.).

Base: $110,000- $120,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible bonuses, equity; Benefits: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant HRIS analyst experience
• Configuration expertise in two or more Workday modules
• 2+ years of Workday consulting/implementation experience preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
