The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program tailored to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting with communication between employees, residents, families, and external personnel.
The position requires assisting in the development of monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting quality assurance and discharge planning efforts.
